Hi Everyone, I started this blog to share my experiences, interests, and passions. I’ve always loved writing, travel, concerts, children, and baking. As much as I’ve enjoyed every place I’ve visited, Ireland is my favorite. My favorite recipes include Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls and the Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing.
