Ladies and gentlemenā€¦
We have witnessed history.

While the other dogs were politely sniffing around for eggs, Oreo discovered the doggie snack table ā€” and instantly transformed into a tiny, fourā€‘legged criminal mastermind.

She checked the room like she was in a spy movie.
Front paws up.
Tongue out.
Swooooooop.
Half the snacks? Gone.
Vanished.
Disappeared like they were never born.

Then she hopped down and tried to look innocent.
Except her tail was wagging like a guilty windshield wiper.

But wait.

It gets better.

The humans ā€” bless their naĆÆve, trusting hearts ā€” REFILLED the table.
With even more snacks.
Like they were restocking a buffet for a dog who literally just robbed them.

Oreo looked around the room again.
You could practically hear the Mission Impossible theme playing.

And thenā€¦
She went back.
FOR ROUND TWO.

At this point she wasnā€™t even stealing.
She was running a successful snackā€‘based business.

Reeseā€™s Vs Jif

Easter is just around the corner. Which means stores are rolling out all their egg shaped candy, and my favorite kind of candy has arrived! Iā€™m a huge Reese’s egg fan, but when I heard Jif released their own, I had to compare them. Here is my breakdown between the two.

First I went with the classic Reeseā€™s. It was just as I remembered. A perfect mixture of chocolate and peanut butter, very well balanced just as it should be. I give it a 10/10. 

Jif: I love Jif peanut butter. Itā€™s my go-to on sandwiches, but I thought their new peanut butter eggs (found at Walmart!) were a bit of a disappointment. While the inside was super creamy, which is a classic with Jif, the ratio between the chocolate and peanut butter was off. I thought it was too much chocolate and very little peanut butter. I give it a 5/10.

My final verdict: If you are looking for the perfect well-balanced treat, Reese’s is the winner! However, if you prefer a smoother, softer filling and don’t mind a higher chocolate to peanut butter ratio, give Jif a try.Ā
