Ladies and gentlemenā€¦
We have witnessed history.

While the other dogs were politely sniffing around for eggs, Oreo discovered the doggie snack table ā€” and instantly transformed into a tiny, fourā€‘legged criminal mastermind.

She checked the room like she was in a spy movie.
Front paws up.
Tongue out.
Swooooooop.
Half the snacks? Gone.
Vanished.
Disappeared like they were never born.

Then she hopped down and tried to look innocent.
Except her tail was wagging like a guilty windshield wiper.

But wait.

It gets better.

The humans ā€” bless their naĆÆve, trusting hearts ā€” REFILLED the table.
With even more snacks.
Like they were restocking a buffet for a dog who literally just robbed them.

Oreo looked around the room again.
You could practically hear the Mission Impossible theme playing.

And thenā€¦
She went back.
FOR ROUND TWO.

At this point she wasnā€™t even stealing.
She was running a successful snackā€‘based business.

Pineapple Fruit Bowl šŸ

A healthy dish that I enjoy for breakfast or as a dessert is a pineapple fruit bowl. This is a simple dish if youā€™re looking for a healthier alternative, which is super fresh and great for breakfast, dessert, or a snack. I love that I can use any fruit I want inside the pineapple. The fruit that I used in this one included blueberries, nectarines, and sliced pineapple for the inside, then used the outer bottom half of the pineapple as my bowl. It is a great idea that I highly recommend. I have listed the recipe down below. I look forward to reading all your comments.

Things you will need:

Pineapple

Blueberries

Nectarine

Cutting board

Pineapple corer slicer

Carving knife

Instructions for Pineapple fruit bowl

  1. On the cutting board, slice off the top of the pineapple.
  2. Take your pineapple corer slicer and spiral slice the inside of the pineapple until all the fruit is out from the inside.
  3. Slice the pineapple into bite size wedges.
  4. Next, cut the pineapple shell about 2/3 of the way down to create your bowl.
  5. Wash and slice additional fruit into bite size pieces. I sliced up nectarines and added blueberries in this one.
  6. Then, mix up the pineapple slices and the other fruit you wish to add and place them inside your pineapple bowl.
  7. Enjoy!!!

Coffee Cake

Coffee cakes are one of my favorite treats. They are great for breakfast or as a snack. I wanted to try and make these again after not having them for awhile. It is super easy to make, and very delicious. I look forward to reading your comments!

Things you will need:

1 box of cinnamon swirl crumb cake (I used Krusteaz)

2/3 cups of water

1 egg

Toothpick

Instructions for Coffee Cake:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease an 8X8 pan
  3. Dump cinnamon mixture into separate bowl
  4. Mix the water and egg into crumb mixture
  5. Place half of batter into pan
  6. Sprinkle half of cinnamon mixture on top of batter
  7. Lightly spread remaining batter on top, and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture on top of batter
  8. Place in oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  9. Enjoy!!!
